Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bgbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bgbaji website available at https://bgbaji.com, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Service").

By creating a bgbaji account, by depositing funds, or by accessing any game or betting market on the bgbaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and close your account.

bgbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on record. Your continued use of the Service following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The bgbaji Service is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Service:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bgbaji operates a strict 18+ policy. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Service, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market. bgbaji considers underage gambling a serious matter and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18, withholding any funds pending investigation where required by responsible gaming protocols.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party, company, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal standing before registering an account.
• You have not been previously excluded from bgbaji through a self-exclusion request, nor have you been excluded from the Service by bgbaji for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of bgbaji or any of its affiliated companies, suppliers, or game studio partners.

2.1 Age Verification

bgbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity document (NID), passport, or driving licence. Any player who fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by bgbaji will have their account suspended pending compliance. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until satisfactory age verification is completed.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bgbaji platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities, using the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. bgbaji uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances held pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. bgbaji is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgbaji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bgbaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or by any person to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bgbaji's support team immediately via live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bgbaji is required to conduct identity verification checks on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identity document (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number)

bgbaji aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is finalised. bgbaji handles all KYC documentation in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for current limits applicable to their account status. bgbaji reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time in line with its risk management and responsible gaming obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

4.4 Withdrawal to Deposit Method

bgbaji operates a return-to-source policy for withdrawals where technically feasible. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to operational constraints. Where a direct return is not possible, bgbaji support will arrange an alternative method following identity verification.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

bgbaji strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Any third-party payment detected will result in the immediate suspension of the transaction, a review of the account, and potential account closure. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the platform.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

bgbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a bgbaji account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time window for completion are stated clearly in the terms of each specific promotion. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from a promotion's eligible game list do not count toward wagering requirements. bgbaji does not apply hidden or undisclosed wagering requirements.

5.2 One Bonus Per Player

Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes abuse of the bonus system and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus credits carry an expiry date, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that have not been wagered through to the required level will be forfeited at expiry without compensation. bgbaji is not obligated to issue reminders before a bonus expires, though the platform may do so as a courtesy.

5.4 bgbaji's Right to Withdraw Promotions

bgbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively meeting its wagering conditions, bgbaji will honour any bonus credits already credited to the account at the time of withdrawal, subject to the standard wagering terms.

Section 6

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bgbaji platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Habanero, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by the respective studio provider and is governed by independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable.

6.1 Game Outcomes

bgbaji does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way. All RNG-based game outcomes are determined solely by the certified algorithms of the supplying studio. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice — operated by trained croupiers on camera in real time. bgbaji has no mechanism to adjust these outcomes.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

If a game session is interrupted due to a disconnection on your side (internet failure, device shutdown, browser crash), the game will be held in its current state by the server for a reasonable period. Upon reconnection, you will be returned to the game at the point of interruption where technically possible. bgbaji is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of your connection failure, but the Platform will make reasonable efforts to recover interrupted sessions. For live dealer games, disconnection procedures are governed by the studio provider's own policies.

6.3 Malfunction

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the normal operation of a game, bgbaji reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed in that round to the players' accounts. This action will be taken without prejudice and does not create any liability on the part of bgbaji beyond the return of the affected wager amount.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on bgbaji — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by market-specific rules published within the betting section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance confirmation; bgbaji reserves the right to reject or void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.
• Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event. Where no specific rule applies, unsettled bets on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are set at bgbaji's discretion and are subject to change.

Section 7

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the bgbaji Service, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account; chargebacks or disputes raised in bad faith; collusion with other players to defraud bgbaji.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated scripts or bots to exploit promotional offers, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes.
• Cheating and exploitation: Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in games for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using the bgbaji platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds of illegal origin. bgbaji cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, providing falsified documentation during KYC verification, or impersonating another person.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your bgbaji account, or accessing or operating another player's account for any reason.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward bgbaji support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

Where any prohibited conduct is identified, bgbaji reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void any bets or game outcomes associated with the prohibited activity, withhold any funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account with or without prior notice. bgbaji may also report relevant activity to law enforcement authorities where required.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bgbaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any available real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. If you are closing your account because of a gambling-related concern, bgbaji encourages you to explore the self-exclusion options available under the Responsible Gaming policy, which provide additional protections beyond standard account closure.

8.2 Closure by bgbaji

bgbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified
• The account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18
• KYC verification cannot be completed to bgbaji's satisfaction
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• bgbaji is required to act by a competent authority, court order, or applicable regulation

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bgbaji reserves the right to withhold funds associated with the breach pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe to the player's verified payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant when no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bgbaji will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account balance. Players are advised to log in periodically to maintain an active account status.
